Educator Biography & Philosophy

Marco spent twelve years in professional kitchens before moving into early years nutrition. He designs every Nurtiva menu around seasonal produce and cooks it fresh on campus each morning.

He also runs weekly cooking sessions where children wash, tear, and stir their own lunch, because helping to prepare a food makes tasting it far less daunting.

"Never negotiate at the table. Just cook well, sit down, and eat together."
