Educator Biography & Philosophy

Adison trained in early childhood music education and has worked with infants and toddlers since 2020. He leads the daily rhythm circles that run across every Nurtiva classroom.

His sessions use simple percussion, movement, and lullaby repertoire to support coordination, listening, and the calm transitions between activity and rest.

"Rhythm is the first structure a baby understands. Everything else can be built on it."
